Where do we start?

Our home base is Lynnwood Marina in North Vancouver, but we primarily pick up guests at the Lonsdale Quay pier (next to the SeaBus) for your convenience.

Can we start from Downtown Vancouver?

Yes, custom boarding is available at Canada Place for a seamless city-to-fjord escape, though additional fees apply.

Can we bring pets?

100% Yes! We are a fully pet-friendly lounge. We even provide pink safety vests for your four-legged co-captains.

What if it rains?

Our partial hardtop keeps you dry during light mist. If the weather is too "Vancouver" for a great time, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy to ensure your experience is perfect.

What about alcohol?

You are welcome to enjoy your drinks responsibly. For safety, we maintain a "No Glass on Deck" policy—we provide stylish, shatterproof glassware for your use.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely. We are proudly BYOB-friendly. We provide plates, napkins, and signature acrylic flutes at no extra cost.

Is there a restroom on board?

Yes, a private restroom is available for emergency use. We recommend using the full facilities at the marina before departure, but it’s there for your peace of mind.
