Pink Boat — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pink Boat. By booking, boarding, or participating in any Pink Boat experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all bookings, guests, passengers, and participants.

Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation date and time. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Remaining balances, if applicable, must be paid before boarding unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reservations are not held without payment.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Pink Boat reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We want to work with you if plans change. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your booking.

To secure a reservation, guests are required to pay a deposit of $200 CAD at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected on the day of the experience and is not subject to this cancellation policy.

Please note that Stripe payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 CAD applied to the $200 CAD deposit are non-refundable in all cases, as Stripe does not return processing fees upon refund. Pink Boat has no ability to waive or absorb this fee on behalf of the guest.

Guests may cancel or reschedule their deposit according to the following terms:

More than 21 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit, less the Stripe processing fee described above.

Between 7 and 21 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit, less the Stripe processing fee, or a credit equal to the full deposit amount valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, as preferred by the guest. Guest must advise Pink Boat of their preference within 5 business days of receiving cancellation confirmation. Pink Boat will follow up once if no response is received. If no preference is communicated, a 50% refund will be issued automatically. The Stripe processing fee is waived when a credit is selected.

Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

No-shows, missed departures, and late arrivals are non-refundable.

Each booking may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability, provided the request is submitted no later than 7 days before the original departure date and the new date falls within 12 months of the original booking date. Pink Boat will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an alternative date. If no suitable date can be agreed upon, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, less the Stripe processing fee.

Where Pink Boat cancels, postpones, or modifies a departure due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, government or regulatory directives, changes in applicable laws, or any other circumstances beyond Pink Boat's reasonable control, guests will be notified as early as reasonably possible.

Guests will receive either a full refund of the deposit (including any Stripe processing fees) or the option to reschedule to a future available date, subject to availability, according to the guest's preference. Pink Boat will initiate any applicable refund within 2 business days and funds typically appearing within 5–10 calendar days depending on the guest's card issuer, or a reschedule to a future available date, subject to availability, as preferred by the guest. Guest must advise Pink Boat of their preference within 5 business days of receiving cancellation notification. Pink Boat will follow up once if no response is received. If no preference is communicated, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Credits issued under this policy are applied against the deposit amount for a future booking. Credits are transferable and may be used by any guest. If the deposit for the rescheduled booking differs, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Pink Boat recommends that guests consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as through their credit card provider or a travel insurance platform.

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Requests are effective from the time of confirmed receipt. Pink Boat will acknowledge all requests within one business day. Notice periods are calculated from the scheduled departure time.

By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
